THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Indian Meteorological Department has issued a red alert in two districts for the next three hours. According to the latest radar images, a red alert has been issued in Kannur and Kasaragod districts. IMD has informed that there is a possibility of moderate rainfall and strong winds with a speed of up to 50 kmph in these places.
