'Entha mone...that's my eye!' Mic ID hits Mohanlal in eye amid crowd at Tagore Theatre

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Actor Mohanlal was accidentally hit in the eye by a TV channel’s mic ID while leaving the GST Day celebrations held at Tagore Theatre in Thiruvananthapuram on Monday.

The actor, who was honoured at the event for being the highest GST-paying actor in Kerala, was exiting the venue through the VIP gate when he was surrounded by media personnel. Journalists posed several questions, including ones regarding his daughter’s debut in the film industry.

While trying to move past the crowd without responding, a mic ID swung up and hit him in the eye during the brief commotion.

Visibly surprised, Mohanlal reportedly remarked, “Entha mone (What is this, dear)...that's my eye!” before entering his car. He also humorously added, “I’m keeping an eye on you,” as he departed the venue.
