'Enquired about it often, he was curious'; Actor about Mammootty's treatment days

It is expected that Malayalam’s megastar Mammootty will appear before the public on September 7th, his birthday. Mammootty will also resume projects and will reach shooting sets from next month, after more than seven months of recuperation following a health scare. The news of his recovery was shared on Facebook by personal makeup artist and Mammootty company managing director S George and close friend and producer Anto Joseph.

Mammootty, for the last seven months, was undergoing treatment and recovery at Apollo Hospital. All the modern test results, including a PET scan to check the presence of any residual infection, were positive.

According to actor Ramesh Pisharody, Mammootty inquired most about the film Lokah-Chapter One Chandra, produced by Dulquer Salmaan's Wayfarer Films, during his treatment days. The trailer of the film, which stars Kalyani Priyadarshan and Naslen in the lead roles, was released the other day.

“I am amazed after watching the trailer of the film produced by Dulquer. If I am not wrong, Mammootty enquired most about this movie during his recovery days. He was very curious to know the new updates regarding the movie.” Said Ramesh Pisharody.
