CHANDIGARH: Videos of children brutally assaulted in a private school in Haryana's Panipat are going viral now. Two videos have emerged of the staff of a school on Jatal Road behaving cruelly with the children. In one video, a class II student is seen being tied upside down with a rope by the school's driver for not doing his homework.

This cruelty was inflicted on a boy of Mukhija Colony. The student's mother Dolly has filed a complaint in this incident. Dolly said that her seven-year-old son was recently admitted to this school. Dolly alleged that Principal Reena called the driver Ajay to punish the child and that he then attacked him. Ajay filmed himself and sent the video to his friends. Later, the video was watched by the child's relatives.

In another video, Principal Reena is seen repeatedly slapping the students in the face. After the video went viral, Reena said that the children misbehaved with two sisters and that they informed their parents before punishing them. Parents also allege that children are forced to clean toilets as punishment at school.

Based on the complaint, the police have registered a case against the principal and the driver. Principal Reena has admitted that Ajay beat the child on August 13. School authorities said that the driver was dismissed in August itself following repeated complaints about his behavior.
