'Let's see how far this will go'; Actress Archana Kavi about dating app tryst and marriage

Actress Archana Kavi got married to Rick Varghese in an intimate church ceremony on Thursday. Archana met Rick through a dating app, and it materialised into marriage. Archana was previously married to YouTuber Abish Mathew, and they parted ways in 2021.

Archana has now opened up on the moment she decided to get married again, in a chat show with popular host Dhanya Varma.

“We both are in our 30s. There is something known as ‘situationship’ that is trending on most dating apps now. When I got familiar with Rick, I wanted to see how far this relationship would go. Rick was ready to give it a try.

Not even once has Rick given me a feeling of insecurity. He is patient, kind and is, after all, not a vainglorious lad. Everything fell into place for me, and it was love between us at the end of the day."
