World Cities Day 2025: ITPI, CET organise seminar on Urban Crisis Response

The Institute of Town Planners India (Kerala Regional Chapter) and the College of Engineering, Trivandrum (Department of Architecture and Planning) celebrated World Cities Day, held on October 31st, in a unique way by organising a seminar on the topic “Urban Crisis Response”.

Dr Suresh K, Principal, College of Engineering, Trivandrum, presided over the seminar. Dr Sekhar Lukose Kuriakose, Member Secretary, Institute of Town Planners India, Kerala Regional Chapter and former Kerala State Disaster Management Authority officer, and Smt. Archana V.S., Deputy Town Planner, LSGD Project Implementation Unit DL14, spoke on the occasion.

Shri Rajesh PN, Chairman (Retd Additional Chief Town Planner), Institute of Town Planners India, Kerala Regional Chapter (ITPI KeRC), Dr Manju G. Nair, HOD, Department of Architecture and Planning, College of Engineering Trivandrum, and Mrs Indu Geetha B, Secretary-in-charge, Institute of Town Planners India, Kerala Regional Chapter, took part in the event.
