Thudarum selected for 56th International Film Festival of India

Mohanlal-Tharun Moorthy's family thriller 'Thudarum' has received a new recognition. The film has been selected for the 56th International Film Festival of India (IFFI). It has been selected in the Indian Panorama Category. The film festival is being held in Goa from November 20 to 28.

The film, which hit theaters on April 25, broke box office records. Thudarum has collected more than 200 crores globally. It also earned 118 crores from Kerala. The film is in OTT. Thudarum was available on Jio Hotstar. The film is streaming in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi.

Thudarum was produced by M Ranjith under the banner of Rajputra Visual Media. The film, written by K R Sunil, received praise for its villain Prakash Varma's performance.

Shobhana, Maniyan Pillai Raju, Binu Pappu, Farhaan Faasil, Thomas Mathew, Irshad, Sangeeth Prathap, Abin Bino, Arsha Baiju, Shobi Thilakan, and Bharathiraja are the other stars in the film. Shaji Kumar handled the camera and Nishad Yusuf and Shafiq V B handled the editing. Jakes Bijoy and Harinarayanan handled the music.
