Cricket game with friends ends in tragedy; 22 year old collapsed mid-game and died

TALIPARAMBA: A man collapsed and died while playing cricket in Anthoor. The deceased is KV Sumit (22), who resides near St. Mary's School in Thaluvil Kunnumpuram.

Sumit was playing cricket with his friends at the ground near his house at 6 pm on Wednesday. He collapsed during the game. Sumit was immediately taken to the hospital in Parassinikkadav and then to the Pariyaram Medical College Hospital. He died by nightfall. Father: K.V.Mohanan, mother: V.V.Susheela.
