'Masterpiece, deserves all high honours'; Dhanush about Malayalam movie Eko

Tamil superstar and director Dhanush rarely uses social media to praise a film which he is not part of. However, the actor had to do it with the Malayalam movie Eko. The actor chose brevity to express his admiration for the movie, calling it a masterpiece.

Dhanush then went on to point out the performance of Biana Momin, calling it world-class. This was Meghalaya-based actor Biana Momin's cinema debut.

“This Malayalam film is a masterpiece. Biana Momin deserves all the high honours. World class performance,” said Dhanush.

Just last week, popular cricketer Dinesh Karthik had also praised the movie on a social media platform. Eko, with a very modest cast, went on to gross over Rs 50 crore at the box office. The movie starred young actor Sandeep Pradeep in the lead role.
