
THIRUVANATHAPURAM: Finance Minister K N Balagopal criticized the Centre while presenting the last budget of the second Pinarayi government. He said Kerala has grown despite the Center's severe neglect. Harshly criticised the centre for suffocating Kerala and cutting tax revenue. Salary revision of ASHA workers and Anganwadi employees was also announced in the budget. The announcement was made in the twelfth budget presentation of the Pinarayi Vijayan government and the sixth budget presentation of Minister K N Balagopal.
Finance Minister K N Balagopal began presenting the budget at around 9 am. The government is proud that it has executed everything what all said. The minister also said during the budget presentation that Kerala has made great progress in its financial situation. Kerala is looking forward to the last budget of the second Pinarayi government.
