Was there such a SC verdict in history without parentage?: Adv. Hareesh Vasudevan on Ayodhya verdict

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: As opinions differ across the country on the Ayodhya verdict, Advocate Hareesh Vasudevan has come up with his opinion which questions the parentage of the SC verdict. In a post on Facebook, Harish asked whether there was such a SC verdict in history without a father and mother. He has further added that this wasn’t meant as a cuss, but he meant it literally.

In the disputed 2.77 acres land of Ayodhya, the court verdict was to build a temple. In the 1045 page verdict, the court also ordered to grant five acres of land to build a mosque, outside the disputed land but in Ayodhya. There are still no indications as to who wrote the judgment, which is unanimous. The court has to say who wrote the judgment. Usually, a judge from the bench who is delivering the verdict will write the judgment representing the bench. But this time, the court was not willing to speak about that judge.
