Unable to bear husband’s torture, woman approaches CM seeking license for gun

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Unable to bear the alleged torture by her husband, a woman approached the chief minister and the DGP seeking license for gun for her own safety. The woman, a native of Kattanam sought the protection of a gun to live. She lodged a complaint against her husband at the Kurathikad and Pink Police. The police reached their house and collected details.

She approached the chief minister and the police chief expressing dissatisfaction over the police probe. The police have registered a case against her husband for domestic violence. Police said this is the woman’s third marriage and her husband’s second marriage.
