Do not cross rivers, bathe in rivers or other bodies of water, fishing or other purposes during heavy rains. Do not climb on the bridges above lakes to see the view, take selfies or stand in groups. Those living below the dams should take precautionary measures against the possibility of discharge of water from the dams. People living in coastal arrears should be vigilant as there is a risk of sea erosion.
