Three Keralite youths killed in Saudi accident

DAMAM: Three Keralites were killed in an accident at Damam in Saudi Arabia. The accident happened near Mall of Dhahran in Damam Thursday early morning. They have been identified as Ansif (22), son of Aboobacker of Chakkara Veettil in Wayanad, Sanad (22), a native of Mankavu in Kozhikode and Muhammed Shafeeq (22) of Thanoor Kunnamppuram in Malappuram.

The three were returning after Saudi National Day celebrations. The accident happened when the car driven by them lost control and hit the divider while entering the main road from the service road. The three were former students of Damam Indian School.

Police said the three died on the spot itself. The bodies are kept at the Damam Medical Complex Hospital. After completing the proceedings, the bodies will be handed over to the relatives. The families of the three are in Damam itself.
