KOCHI: Former high court judge Justice Kamal Pasha has made clear his political stand. He said that he will contest for UDF if they invite him and many things could be done if he reaches the legislative assembly.
He told a media outlet that there is no use of standing as a lone voice. “LDF is not interested in me and I am not ready to join BJP,” he said.
The retired judge said that he is willing to stand for elections from any constituency in Ernakulam. He also said that he doesn’t require any salary if he becomes an MLA. His remarks on the opening of the Vyttila flyover by V 4 Kochi, before its formal inauguration, has stirred up a controversy. He said the flyover was constructed with people’s tax money and not with the money received via selling coconuts from somebody else’s property.
