Petroleum investment in Kerala; CM Pinarayi meets with UAE Minister

ABUDHABI: ADNOC (Abudhabi National Oil Company) will look to invest in Petro Chemical Complex in Kochi. ADNOC group CEO and Deputy Minister Dr. Ahmed Al-Jabar expressed his interest for investment in the meeting with Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. A join task force panel will be formed.

The panel will be studying the possibilities of investment. Further actions for this will be taken by a team, headed by Ahmed Al-Jabar, after reaching Kerala. Sultan Al-Jabar said that India’s is one of their primary considerations in petroleum investment and possibilities in India are great.

Chief Minister requested the UAE Minister to make investment in basic facility development in the state. He also said that the situation in the state is perfectly suited to make investments.
