Air India flight makes emergency landing at Thiruvananthapuram

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: An Air India flight made an emergency landing at the Thiruvananthapuram Airport while on its way from Sharjah to Kozhikode. The flight made an emergency landing after it developed hydraulic failure. The authorities said the passengers and crew of the flight are safe.

The pilot air traffic control room was informed that the flight is making an emergency landing at 12 noon. With this, high alert and security was put in place at the airport. The fire brigade and the CISF were ready to deal with any situation. The hours-long tension eased when the flight landed safely.
