NEW DELHI: The central government has come up with relief measures for expatriates who are finding it difficult to return to the Gulf countries. Union Minister of State for External Affairs V Muraleedharan said that the NOC rules for traveling to the Gulf via Nepal have been relaxed. The minister made this announcement through his Facebook page. Muraleedharan said that the immigration authorities at the Kathmandu Tribhuvan Airport in Nepal would provide adequate facilities for Indian passport holders to travel to other countries.
