'I hope Malappuram Collector will uphold the previous decision'; Parvathy responds to restrictions in places of worship

Actress Parvathy Thiruvothu has come out against the Malappuram district Collector's decision to reconsider the move to impose restrictions in places of worship in the district. The actress responded through her Instagram page. Parvathy also shared Collector K Gopalakrishnan's Facebook post which stated that the order, which banned the gathering of more than five persons in all religious places in the district, will be reconsidered.

'No religious community is exempted from their basic decency and duty as humans to save lives. We are facing an increasingly frightening second wave of this pandemic. I hope the Collector of Malappuram will uphold the previous decision to limit the number of people to enter places of worship after the meeting on Monday. Please do the right thing!' the actress wrote on her Instagram page.
