Condition of K R Gowri Amma continues to be serious

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The condition of former minister K R Gowri Amma continues to be serious. She is undergoing treatment in the ICU of a private hospital in the capital city. She was admitted on Thursday following fever and breathlessness.

When she was admitted in the hospital, a Covid test was taken and she was found negative. She shifted to the capital city a weeks ago after staying in Alappuzha for nearly six decades. She is staying with her niece in Vazhuthacaud. Due to Covid-19, visitors have been restricted.
