Native of Malappuram who left for Saudi after vacation dies in Maldives

MALE: A Keralite who reached Maldives while returning to Saudi Arabia after vacation, died falling in the sea. He has been identified as Hashim (23), son of Aboobacker Haji of Eramangalam in Malappuram. The incident happened near Dhiffushi Island.

He reached Male on April 19 to return to Saudi Arabia. The police found his body near Dhiffushi ice plant on Saturday afternoon. All efforts are being taken to bring the body to Kerala.
