RSP leader and MP NK Premachandran said that the people of the state have realised that if the Left Front continues to rule, it will lead to the destruction of Kerala. Premachandran said that for the last five years, both the CPM and the administration were focused on Pinarayi Vijayan and that was something that had never been witnessed before in the history of the party.
Premachandran also accused the CPM of campaigning by portraying Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan as its captain. For these reasons, he said, he thinks the UDF government will come to power with a slim majority. He was speaking to an online media.
"The LDF campaigns were focused on Pinarayi Vijayan. All the discussions focused on his personal influence. The Sabarimala issue was raised by the LDF during the election campaign. The UDF only defended the CPM's arguments on the issue," he said.
