If you were not there, we might not have been able to reclaim that seat; left workers thank Rajagopal, BJP activists lash out at senior leader

After the results of the polls has come out, the greatest loser in Kerala is BJP. Even though there are many factors for the humiliating defeat of the party in Nemom, senior leader ORajagopal’s contribution to the saffron party’s defeat cannot be ignored. The senior-most leaders of the party in Kerala who said that he is sceptical whether Kummanam will be able to win the number of votes won by him last time, issued further such comments in regular intervals which put the party in further trouble and provided amble weapons for the saffron party’s political opponents. But as he is a senior leader, nobody dared to question him. However, the results came, Rajagopal’s predictions came true.

Now, BJP workers have lashed out at the leader after the poll results have come out. In the Facebook post which he wrote after the poll results were out, BJP workers had written comments in strong language. Meanwhile, the left workers had also written comments thanking the senior leader’s help for the victory of the left front. As of now, 6,000 persons have commented below Rajagopal’s Facebook post. Rajagopal in the post has said that he recognises the people’s mandate and the party must discuss what led to the defeat.
