Swearing-in of second Pinarayi govt to take place at Central stadium

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The swearing-in of the second Pinarayi Vijayan government will take place on the 20th of this month at the Thiruvananthapuram Central stadium. The ceremony is scheduled for the evening. Only invited guests will be allowed to attend the swearing-in ceremony due to the spread of COVID. The public will not be allowed entry.


Cabinet formation talks are in progress. The CPM and CPI have agreed that the cabinet could have up to 21 members. The final decision on the number will be made after taking into account the claims of the other constituent parties.
