'Is Congress silent out of fear of Hindutva communalists?': Will at least Tharoor have opinion on Palestine issue, asks Baby

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: CPM politburo member MA Baby has questioned the silence of Congress on the Netanyahu regime's attack on the Palestinians. "Does Rahul Gandhi have the same traditional pro-Palestinian stance as the Congress? The position taken by Mahatma Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru", he asked. He also wrote on Facebook whether the Congress' silence on the issue is out of fear of Hindutva communalists in India.

"Do you think you can confront the RSS politics through communal appeasement? Will Shashi Tharoor, who was a senior official at the United Nations and ran for Secretary-General at least have an opinion on the matter? Isn't he the former Minister of State for External Affairs of India?" Baby asked in his Facebook post.
