Oommen Chandy denies reports that he will be KPCC president, says it is up to AICC to decide

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Former Chief Minister Oommen Chandy has denied reports that he will become the KPCC president. Oommen Chandy said that it was up to the AICC to decide on the KPCC presidency and the news to the contrary was false. He also asked what was the basis for the news that came in the media.

Oommen Chandy was responding to the media after the visit of the Leader of the Opposition VD Satheesan to his house in Thiruvananthapuram. He said that the UDF will move forward with the cooperation of all. We need to look at the issues of failure and move forward to correct them. Oommen Chandy added that he will give all possible support to VD Satheesan.
