State announces relaxations in lockdown guidelines: Mobile, eyewear shops can open

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: An order has been issued granting more relaxations in the lockdown guidelines in the state. Concessions are allowed for mobile and eyewear shops. These shops can open on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The exemption will take effect from Saturday. An order has been issued in this regard.

However, this order does not apply to Malappuram, where a triple lockdown is in force. Shops can be opened in the other thirteen districts.
