Adrishya and gang attend their first class using father's phone

s2

CHERTHALA: Quadruplets Arya, Aishwarya, Adarsh and Adrishya attended the first day of Class 1 using the mobile phone of their father. They have joined the Uzhuva Govt UP School near their home. The four are the children of Cherthala Pattanakkad native Sasikumar and wife Ajitha.

Sasikumar married 47-year-old Ajitha from Kannur at the age of 57, 10 years after the death of his first wife. Sasikumar was 62 years old when the children were born. When Ajitha was scanned during pregnancy, three children were found. Doctors came to know about the fourth child only during the C section.

Ajitha gave birth to the quadruplets at the Kottayam Medical College Hospital as there was no incubator to take care of the three children in the private hospital in Ernakulam. The children were born on December 8, 2015. Interestingly, the baby, who remained "invisible" during the five scans, was named Adrishya (invisible).
