Won't take legal action against K Sudhakaran, criticism was due to misunderstanding, says Francis' son Joby

KANNUR: Francis' son Joby clarified that he will not take legal action against K Sudhakaran in connection with the Brennan College controversy. Joby said that he sees Sudhakaran in the position of his father and spoke against due to a misunderstanding. He was responding to the media after arriving in Kannur to meet Sudhakaran.

Sudhakaran's controversial remark was that Francis attacked Pinarayi Vijayan in the campus and he escaped narrowly. Days ago, Joby had said that Sudhakaran's remark was hurtful and that he would take legal action if he did not apologize. At that time, Joby had explained that it is a lie that his father attacked Pinarayi with a mic. " My father Francis was friends with Pinarayi Vijayan. My father was not a man walking with a knife. He is never a bully. When Pinarayi reached Koorachukund when he was the power minister, he called my father and talked to him", Joby said.
