He refused to give her phone, then saw him giving first aid to Vismaya; says Kiran’s parents

KOLLAM: Parents of Kiran Kumar for the first time responded on the death of their daughter-in-law Vismaya. The parents admitted that there was a fight between Kiran and Vismaya on Monday morning. They said Kiran refused to give phone to Vismaya.

They said they later saw Kiran giving first aid to Vismaya. She was unconscious when taken to the hospital. She was rushed to the hospital at 3.45 am. They said they heard of her death five minutes after they reached there.

The police have informed that they will be questioning his parents in connection with the incident. Her relatives alleged that they are equally responsible for Vismaya’s death.

Meantime, state police chief Loknath Behra said the case would be investigated by south zone IG Harshitha Athalloori. IG will reach the spot today and evaluate the probe. The DGP added that strict legal action would be taken against the culprits.
