THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Covid review meeting on Tuesday decided that no further lockdown relaxations should be given in the state and that restrictions similar to triple lockdown should be maintained in areas with high test positivity.

The current restrictions will remain in place for one more week. A decision on further relaxations will be taken at next week's review meeting. The regulations will be implemented by classifying regions into four divisions namely A, B, C, and D on the basis of TPR. Tight restrictions will be imposed on areas where the TPR is above 24. Places of worship will be opened in areas where the TRP is below 16. However, no more than 15 people will be allowed to enter the places of worship at the same time.
