Leadership change in Kerala could have been in a better way; talked to Rahul about everything: Chandy

NEW DELHI: Senior leader Oommen Chandy said the decision of the KPCC president and opposition leader is within the jurisdiction of the Congress High Command and that no one has any objection to it. Everyone is obliged to accept the decision of the high command, Oommen Chandy told media after his meeting with Rahul Gandhi.

Chandy said that he is of the opinion that the leadership change in Kerala could have been in a better way. I told this to Rahul Gandhi. However, there is no objection to the decision taken by the high command and the people appointed. Everyone accepts that. Talked to Rahul about everything and the Congress will move forward unitedly, he said.

Chandy said that he is satisfied with the meeting held with Rahul Gandhi. Everything including the poll debacle was discussed. Rahul has his own opinion on these matters, said Chandy.
