Not a single rupee will be invested in Kerala anymore, obliged to MLAs, says Kitex MD

KOCHI: Kitex MD Sabu Jacob said that not a single rupee will be invested in Kerala anymore. He said this while speaking to the media after returning to Kochi after talks on Rs 1,000 crore investment in Telangana. He sharply criticized the MLAs of Ernakulam. He said they showed the ways for an entrepreneur to make crores.

He said the Kitex grooup were given a royal reception in Telangana. An investment of Rs 1000 crore is planned in the first phase. An assurance has been given. The remaining things will be decided in two weeks’ time. Only after that a decision will be taken as to whether more investments are needed.

He said they thought of returning after a day’s talk. However, after the discussion, when visiting industrial parks, realized that an entrepreneur has many possibilities.
