KOTTAYAM: Resentment has erupted among the leaders of the Kerala Congress Joseph faction. The issue was temporarily resolved when party chairman PJ Joseph announced that an organizational election would be held to resolve the dissatisfaction. Joseph said that the party would be reorganized from the ward committee to the state committee.
Joseph said the differences between the leaders within the party have been resolved. Meanwhile, Francis George said that the current executive committee is temporary and that he would take up any position suggested by the party. Francis George, Johnny Nellore and Thomas Unniyadan were dissatisfied with the promotion of Mons Joseph and Joy Abraham to high positions in the party.
