5.54 lakh more doses of Covid vaccine received by Kerala, 1.48 lakh people receive jabs on Saturday

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The state has received 5,54,390 more doses of Covid vaccine, Minister Veena George said. 5,18,290 doses of Covishield vaccine and 36,100 Covaxin reached Kerala. Thiruvananthapuram received 2,87,600 doses of vaccine, Ernakulam 1,37,310 doses and Kozhikode 93,380 doses. In addition, 36,100 doses of Covaxin have arrived in Thiruvananthapuram.

Today, 1,47,876 people in the state have been vaccinated at 949 vaccination centres. So far, 1,66,14,344 people across the state have been vaccinated. Of these, 1,19,69,849 were given the first dose and 46,44,495 were given the second dose.
