Anannyah's friend found hanging in house

KOCHI: Transgender activist Anannyah's friend has been found hanging at his home in Vyttila. The deceased has been identified as Thiruvananthapuram native Jiju (30).

Anannya, who had alleged medical negligence by a hospital in Kochi following a sex reassignment surgery, had committed suicide on Tuesday. On the day of Anannyah's death, Jiju was also in her flat in Edappally. Anannyah committed suicide when Jiju went out to buy food. After this, Jiju was under a lot of stress. He was working as a hairstylist in Kochi.
