Fuel price hike: HC seeks explanation from Centre and GST council

KOCHI: The high court sought an explanation from the central government and the GST council on the fuel price hike. The bench, headed by the Chief Justice, directed the court to give a written explanation within three weeks. The action was taken on the plea of the Kerala Catholic Federation that the court should intervene to control the rising fuel prices.
