ISRO espionage case: Cannot say that officials acted against national interest, foreign connection could not be proved, says HC

KOCHI: The Kerala High Court on Friday said that there was no evidence to prove the foreign connection behind the conspiracy in the ISRO espionage case. The court pointed out that it could not be said at this stage of the investigation that the officials had acted against the national interest. The High Court made these observations in the order in which it granted anticipatory bail to four accused in the case.
