Chandy expresses strong protest against announcement of DCC presidents

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: More discussions should have been held in the Congress in the state to select the DCC presidents, said senior leader Oommen Chandy. A better list than this could have been prepared. Chandy indirectly criticized the state leadership of the party saying that if effective discussions had taken place in the party in the state, criticisms could have been avoided.

Chandy strongly criticized for propagating that discussions were held. He said that before taking action against leaders, an explanation should have been asked from them. Chandy also criticized for dragging his name into the controversy unnecessarily.
