Husband stabs wife to death in road in Thiruvananthapuram

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A woman was stabbed to death by her husband in the middle of a road in Thiruvananthapuram. The incident took place at Sasthavattom in Chenkottukonam. The deceased has been identified as Sheeba, wife of Selvaraj. Selvaraj was taken into custody by the Pothencode police.

Sheeba was returning home from work when Selvaraj, who was waiting for her at Sasthavattom, stabbed her several times. Though Sheeba was rushed to Thiruvananthapuram Medical College Hospital, she died on the way. Police have launched an investigation into the incident.
