18 guns seized in Kochi, employees of private security agency under police surveillance

KOCHI: The Kalamassery police on Monday seized 18 guns from employees of a private security agency in Kochi. It is learnt that these guns were possessed using fake licenses. All of them are employees of Mumbai-based company 'Sisco'. They are from Jammu and Kashmir. All these guns were licensed in the Rajouri district of Kashmir. The validity of the license will be checked with the Rajouri Collector. Kalamassery CI PR Santhosh said to Kerala Kaumudi that the employees will be arrested if the documents are fake. The employees are under police surveillance. Inspections are in progress at other station limits in the district. All the five arrested in Thiruvananthapuram are employees of the same agency.
