Thunderbolt commando dies after collapsing during training

PULPALLY: An Adivasi youth, a member of Thunderbolt, collapsed and died during training at the Areekode Malabar Special Police Camp. The deceased has been identified as Pulpally native Suneesh (32), son of Kumaran and Kunjamma of the Kuruma community. He is an IRB commando of the 2012 batch.

It is learnt that Suneesh collapsed suddenly during training. Though he was rushed to a private hospital in Areekode and later to a private medical college hospital, he could not be saved. Areekode police have registered a case of unnatural death. Suneesh did not have any health problems. Suneesh was married to Athira, a Beat Forest Officer in Muthanga.
