Love and drugs should not be blamed on any religion, narcotic jihad remark of Pala Bishop is unfortunate: CM Vijayan

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan told the media that the narcotic jihad remark of the Bishop of Pala is unfortunate. The CM said that love and drugs should not be blamed on any religion. "Concerns that Christians are being converted to Islam are unfounded. Some centers are deliberately trying to create controversy", he said.

"The court had found that Akhila Hadia in Kottayam was not forced to convert. Some people were spreading unsubstantiated facts", the CM added.
