‘Monson has been working in a place where police, govt and courts are there,’ CM and his office behind complaint against me, says K Sudhakaran

KANNUR: KPCC chief K Sudhakaran MP said that he is being haunted with a fabricated story. He was responding to the allegations in connection with Monson Mavunkal, who swindled money in the name of archaeologist. Some dark forces are trying to trap me. The chief minister and his office are behind the allegations. I am acquainted with Monson. Have gone to his house. I haven’t counted how many times I have gone to his house, Sudhakaran said. He said that he is acquainted to Monson, a doctor and don’t know if it is fake.

Sudhakaran denied the allegations and said that he went to Monson's house for treatment. Sudhakaran rejected the allegations that he stood as a mediator in financial dealings. The complainant is lying and will face the complaint legally. Monson has so far been living in a place where there are police, government and courts. Monson came to see me after taking over as KPCC chief. I was not an MP in 2018 as mentioned in the complaint and was also not a member of any committee. I attended the funeral of M I Shanavas on the alleged date and is being haunted with fabricated stories, he said.
