'Not possible to move forward in this manner, leadership should make corrections'; Sudheeran lashes out at Congress leadership

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Senior leader VM Sudheeran has sharply criticized the new leadership of the Congress in Kerala. Sudheeran said that it was not possible to move forward in this manner and that the leadership should make corrections. Sudheeran added that he hoped the Congress High Command would find a solution. Sudheeran was speaking to the media after a meeting with AICC General Secretary Tariq Anwar.

"The new leadership in the party in Kerala came with high hopes. But things did not go as planned. Wrong style and undesirable tendencies were manifested. I responded when the new leadership took steps that were not in line with the Congress culture. A letter was sent to the Congress leadership. However, it was not given enough consideration. That is why I gave up my positions. I haven't made any public statements in this regard. I have informed the leadership of the damage that can be done to the party due to the wrong working style. I hope that the leadership will take steps to correct the erroneous style," Sudheeran said.
