Revenue Call Centre to start functioning from Friday

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A special call centre will be set up in Thiruvananthapuram today to inform the public about complaints and comments related to the Revenue Department over the phone. The toll free number is 1800 42 552 55.

It is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Minister K Rajan said that a solution can be found by officials who take the call or it can be handed over to top officials. If the call is not resolved immediately, the call record will be checked and answered within 48 hours. The call center will be inaugurated by Minister K Rajan at 11 am today at the ILDM, Thiruvananthapuram.
