Two-year-old boy killed in car accident

KODAKARA: A two-year-old boy was killed after a car collided with a divider and overturned near Apollo Tires on National Highway in Perambra. The deceased has been identified as Ibin Naseeb, son of Paruthipra native Naseeb.

The accident took place at around 11.30 pm on Monday. Ibin and his family members were on their way back after dropping Naseeb at the Nedumbassery airport when the car collided with the divider. The car was driven by Naseeb's brother Anas. Though Ibin was immediately rushed to a private hospital in Chalakudy, his life could not be saved.
