Monson is not the owner of luxurious cars, no documents, says MVD

KOCHI: Monson Mavunkal, the arrested fraudster, is not the owner of the luxurious cars, said the Motor Vehicle Department. The department said four cars have no documents. The investigation team said they would approach other state motor vehicle departments for the details.

The Department of Motor Vehicles had inspected eight cars. The investigation team found that no vehicle is in the name of Monson. Two vehicles were redesigned to Porsche. Mazda and Mitsubishi vehicles were redesigned to Porsche.

The report of the motor vehicle department said all the cars found at Monson's home in Kaloor were all scrapped cars and are ones which cannot be used on roads. The tyres of all vehicles are worn out. These were displayed to deceive clients.
