Kerala records 10,691 COVID-19 cases on Sunday, 85 deaths

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The state confirmed 10,691 COVID-19 cases on Sunday. Among these, 10,196 persons developed the disease through contact, including 393 cases without an identified source of infection. 50 persons, who came from outside the state, tested positive for the virus. 52 health workers contracted the disease on Sunday.

12,655 patients tested negative for the virus today. As of now, there are 1,11,083 active cases in the state.

The state confirmed 85 deaths due to the virus on Sunday with the toll rising to 26,258 .

Ernakulam 1639, Thrissur 1378, Thiruvananthapuram 1197, Kozhikode 976, Kottayam 872, Kollam 739, Malappuram 687, Kannur 602, Pathanamthitta 584, Palakkad 575, Idukki 558, Alappuzha 466, Wayanad 263, Kasargod 155.
