Kerala records 6676 COVID-19 cases on Monday, 60 deaths

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The state confirmed 6676 COVID-19 cases on Monday. Among these, 6331 persons developed the disease through contact, including 267 cases without an identified source of infection. 34 persons, who came from outside the state, tested positive for the virus. 44 health workers contracted the disease on Monday.

11,023 patients tested negative for the virus today. As of now, there are 83,184 active cases in the state.

The state confirmed 60 deaths due to the virus on Monday with the toll rising to 26,925.

Ernakulam 1199, Thiruvananthapuram 869, Kozhikode 761, Thrissur 732, Kollam 455, Kannur 436, Malappuram 356, Kottayam 350, Palakkad 327, Alappuzha 316, Idukki 268, Pathanamthitta 245, Wayanad 214, Kasaragod 148.
